We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Warranty

All Mount sunglasses come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

This does not cover scratches, accidental damage, or misuse.

If anything feels off, just reach out – we’ll sort you out.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Item must be returned with original packaging and accessories

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns apply only to purchases made directly on www.mount.mu

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Bulk, wholesale, or retailer orders

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email contact@mount.mu within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions before shipping anything back

Unapproved returns may be rejected.

Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Lost return shipments are not our responsibility

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

  • If a return is rejected, the item can be sent back to you at your expense

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and your order number

If approved, we will cover replacement or refund costs.

Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We monitor return activity. Excessive or suspicious return behavior may result in:

  • Return refusal

  • Account restriction

  • Order cancellation
