Payment for Orders

All payments are processed by third-party payment providers. The Company does not store payment card details.
If any payment is disputed, reversed, or charged back, the Company reserves the right to recover the full amount owed, including administrative and processing fees.

The Company reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing errors, even after an order confirmation has been issued. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.
Returns Policy
The Company aims for customer satisfaction. Subject to the conditions below, eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from www.mount.mu.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition. The Company may request photographic evidence before approving a return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The Company reserves the right to refuse returns where fraud, abuse, or misuse of the returns policy is suspected.
Cancellations and Refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. If you wish to request a cancellation, you must contact the Company immediately. Approval is at the Company’s sole discretion and may incur additional charges.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
Delivery
Delivery is deemed to occur once the order is handed over to the carrier. The Company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once the package has left the Company’s possession.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Warranty
Mount sunglasses are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover:

Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or products.
The Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
